Adrian Miles of RMIT has been issued a grant to develop an easy-to-use videoblogging tool. The tool will work with iMovie on the Mac.

Here’s what it will do:

• compress your edited video to appropriate format (ideally a decent mp4 file)
• export this compressed video directly into your blog
• allow text entry to accompany the blog post (including title of post)

Should be available by the end of 2005!

This kind of thing will make videoblogging easy for the average non-geek.
