Bullemhead

Back to Egg River

The RSS feed has been fucked for the past few days. I switched servers and moved from Movable Type to Wordpress. Anyway, it’s working again. However, the Windows Media version is not, and probably won’t be until someone asks me for it. I hate WMV for a bunch of reasons, and if I’m going to encode a couple different versions of each video, I’d rather make the other one .3gp so people can watch it on their mobile gadget.

On another note, this alphabet project is going great. I’m up to letter “H”, and it looks like “I” shouldn’t be a problem. It’s very exciting business, this battle of attrition.

Also, allergy season is hitting us hard in the NYC area. But as Lenny pointed out, they say that every Spring: “It’s a bad year for allergies”. Luckily I’m not allergic to air, but just the stuff floating in it.

How are you? Who is reading this?

Goodnight, Internet.

The only reason I use Windows media is because that’s what I have at work, but I can still catch Bullemhead at home on my iMAC. Wanted to say we all miss the Chuck, but thanks for the 19. We revisit them all the time with no loss of admiration or hilarity for that matter. I did think that “cheese over a certain altitude” did approach the Chuck for sheer opacity.

    What are the reasons?????????????
    for hating????????
    windows m,ovies?

Becasuues i fart in the general direcxtion on quicktime. It takes more work to encode. takes longer to encode. which i guess is the same thing.
AND its alwayts a bigger file, even if i encode a wmv at a high high bit rate.com
and you have to PAY to watch full screne and the audio is always screwed and there is the pop up asking you to buy the full version and it crams itself in the boot menu no matter how many times you remove it. ANd it mispells words And it steals your car and it gives you dandruff. and it makes your neighbors smell.

    was the comparisiojn to quickitime?
