A lot of Americans are waking up to the fact that our sitting president is completely incompetent, and all the buddies he appointed in FEMA and other agencies have nothing on their resumes that qualify them other than being Bush campaigners and supporters.

It took having to see dead Americans floating in city streets to wake them up, but at least they are awake. They can’t cover their eyes because these dead citizens are not being flown back from Iraq at night with no media to witness it.

But Bush and Rove are already trying to shirk responsibility. It took several weeks for them to start their “don’t blame us” campaign after no WMD’s were found, and no ties to Al Qaeda were found. But here it is, the disaster is still going on, and they are already diverting their attention to damage control. And they are damn good at it. Look at Iraq. You hardly even hear the word WMD anymore. They’ve managed to make people forget about it.
