Deer Stalk
We were sitting in the car drinking a couple of beers. Killing time before we went back into the woods for an evening hunt. I spotted a small ass deer grazing in the feild below us. Brock and I decided to put the stalk on it. You will noticed that I missed the shot. I fucked up. Anyway, the thing turned out to be a button buck. The caveat is whether it will be scored as a typical or non-typical.

or are we talking about the hunters, because that’s easy to classify.

it refers to the antlers of a buck. a typical buck is one that is pretty much symmetrical on both sides. a non-typical has antlers that have grown in an unusual pattern.

I was rooting for the deer also, but my gun just has a mind of its own…poor thing!

Nick, I saw in person how you sucked at shooting clay pigeons the other day, I guess stationary targets aren’t any easier for you. Maybe you should have climbed on the deer’s back and slit his throat.
Brock, way to play clean up for Nicollete.

You give hunthing a bad name. What kind of hunter would “We were sitting in the car drinking a couple of beers. Killing time before we went back into the woods for an evening hunt.” Nice drunken hunters just the fodder the anti-hunters need.
